APPLICATION

It is suitable for the control circuit of transmission railway signal, audio signal, or automatic signal device with a rated voltage of 500V or 1000V DC. The railway signal cable with comprehensive sheath and aluminum sheath has a certain shielding performance, which is suitable for laying in electrified sections or other areas with strong electric interference.

1. According to the type of sheath, the signal cable includes plastic sheath (pty03, pty23), comprehensive sheath (PTYA23, ptya22), aluminum sheath (ptyl23, ptyl22) signal cable;
2. The digital signal cable is divided into the plastic sheath (sptyw03, sptyw23), comprehensive sheath (sptywa23) aluminum sheath (sptywl23), internal shielding (sptywp03 or sptywp23, sptywpa23, sptywpl23) digital signal cable.

USAGE FEATURES

• The use environment temperature of the cable is -40ºC~+60ºC.
• The long-term working temperature of the cable conductor should not exceed +70ºC.
• The ambient temperature of cable laying: the poly-chlorine outer sheath cable should be not less than 0ºC; the poly outer sheath cable should be not less than -20ºC.
• The allowable bending radius of the cable: non-armored cable should be not less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable; armored cable should be not less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable. 
• The ideal coefficient of an integrated sheathed railroad signal cable is ≤ 0.8; the ideal coefficient of an aluminum sheathed railroad signal cable is ≤ 0.3.
